Villa Baleta is a traditional Istrian stone villa with 4 generous bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that comfortably sleeps 8. A first floor balcony, outside terrace, BBQ, private swimming pool, outdoor shower, garden and parking. The private and fully fenced property with a large garden makes Villa Baleta family and pet friendly.

From the popular pebble beaches around Pula to the more remote and private enclaves all the way up the coast to Rovinj and beyond. This beautiful coastline is yours to explore!
History, Art & Culture
The magnificent Arena, theatres and Gate of Hercules in Pula, the ruins of the Temple of Neptune in Porec and the country villa in Verige Bay - Istria is filled with Roman legacy. Visit some of the beautiful old towns and explore the historic cobblestone streets between ancient stone buildings. Discover the many craft shops/studios and Konobas serving local specialities.
Gastronomy & Restaurants
Restaurants and shops are a short drive to either Svetvincenat or Vodjnan. There are a number of excellent rural Konobas (traditional restaurants) serving local specialities in the area. Southern Istria is also famed for its olive groves and excellent quality olive oil. Villa Baleta provides an excellent base for truffle hunting in the Autumn.
Sport and Leisure
Besides the wealth of water activities offered at the coast (diving, windsurfing, SUP, water skiing/wakeboarding etc.), Villa Baleta is away from busy roads and any through-traffic. Tranquil, quiet and surrounded nature with hiking and bike trails on the doorstep. Guests have free access to a generous children's playground, table tennis and tennis court (with basketball hoop) which are just a few minutes walk within the community.
